Returns
Changed your mind? Standard, non-custom pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If there’s a problem with your piece on arrival, just get in touch and we’ll make it right.
Custom-made or specially adjusted pieces are final sale unless there’s an issue with the order.

Jewelry Care
Pearls are naturally delicate and are best cared for gently.
After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with the Aware pearl jewelry cleaning cloth included with your order, then store it separately in its pouch or box.
Avoid water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, and remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or sleeping.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, silver dips or abrasive polishing cloths on pearls.
