    We agree the design, materials, price and timeline with you. Once approved, a 50% deposit starts the work.

  3. We make it yours

    We source your pearls and make your piece by hand, following the design you’ve approved.

  4. Approve the final piece

    Review final photos or a video before dispatch. The remaining 50% is paid on the schedule agreed in your quote.

How much does bespoke cost, and when do I pay?

Share your budget, and we’ll explore pearl, material and design options to suit—with a clear quote before you commit. Price depends on the pearls, materials and complexity. A 50% deposit is due after design approval; the remaining 50% follows the payment schedule set out in your quote.

Can you make it in time for my wedding or event?

Tell us your date and delivery country when you enquire. Most pieces take 5–15 days after design confirmation, plus shipping. Special sourcing, complex designs or coordinated sets can take longer. We’ll confirm what is possible before you order.

Can you find a specific pearl colour or shape?

Yes — we’ve helped customers with particular pearl requests. Send a photo or describe the colour, shape and size you have in mind. We’ll explore our supplier network and confirm available options, pricing and lead time. Natural pearls vary, so an exact match may not be possible.

Can you work with pearls I already own?

We can explore reworking your pearls or an existing piece. Email clear photos first so we can assess their condition and discuss a design. Please wait for our confirmation and sending instructions before posting anything to us.

What if I want to change the design?

We agree the design before making begins. If you’d like to change it afterwards, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll check what is still possible and discuss any effect on the price or timeline before proceeding.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom-made and specially adjusted pieces are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged or has a quality issue, contact us at info@awarepearl.com so we can arrange a solution.
