Do you offer earrings for non-pierced ears?
Most of our current earrings are designed for pierced ears. If you need a non-pierced option, send us a message before ordering and we can let you know whether the design you love can be adapted.
Are earrings available in both gold and silver finishes?
Some designs are available in more than one metal finish, while others are made in a single finish. If a style has gold and silver options, you’ll see them available to select directly on the product page.
Can I return or exchange earrings if they do not suit me?
Standard, non-custom earrings can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a $3 handling fee is deducted from the refund. Custom, personalized, or specially adjusted pieces are not normally returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
What happens if my earrings arrive damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, with no return cost to you for a confirmed product issue.
