Are your pearls real?
Yes. We use genuine freshwater pearls, carefully hand-selected for their luster, shape, surface quality, color, and character.
Because freshwater pearls are naturally formed, slight variations in shape, size, tone, and texture are completely normal. We believe these natural differences are part of what makes each piece special.
Can I adjust the size or length?
Yes, most designs can be adjusted.
Many of our necklaces include a 2-inch (5cm) extender for a more flexible fit. As a general guide:
- 14 inches (35cm) sits like a choker
- 16 inches (40cm) sits around the collarbone
- 18 inches (45cm) is a classic everyday length
Please leave your preferred length in the order notes at checkout or contact us before ordering. Longer adjustments may require a small additional charge depending on the pearls and materials needed.
Can I change the material, clasp, or metal color?
Yes, we can usually accommodate material and hardware changes.
Most of our metal are thick 14K gold-plated or 925 sterling silver. You can always request for an alternative clasp, or different hardware.
Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible and whether there will be a price difference.
Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Yes—we love creating personal pearl jewelry.
We can help with anything from changing the length, pearl shape, or clasp to creating a completely bespoke design. You do not need to have every detail figured out. Send us your inspiration, outfit, occasion, or the feeling you want the piece to have, and we will guide you through the process.
Custom pieces usually take approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the design. We will send photos for approval before shipping and make reasonable adjustments where possible.
Custom and personalized pieces are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Most orders are handmade and prepared within 2–4 business days.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Standard shipping: approximately 6–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: approximately 4–7 business days
When expedited shipping is selected, we will do our best to prepare and dispatch your order within 2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or local carrier delays.
Will I need to pay duties or customs fees?
No surprise duty fees.
Duties and tariffs are covered where applicable, so you should not be asked to pay additional import duties when your order is delivered.
If you receive an unexpected customs notice, please contact us and we will help you look into it.

Yes. Every order is carefully packaged and ready to give.
