Shipping policy

Most orders are handmade and prepared within 2–4 business days. Custom orders may take longer, usually around 5–15 business days, depending on the design.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Express delivery: usually 3–5 working days
- Standard delivery: usually 5–7 working days

If you need your jewelry sooner, please choose express shipping at checkout. We will always do our best to prepare and dispatch your order on time, but international delivery can sometimes be affected by customs or local postal delays, so we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. The delivery times above are our usual estimates.
