Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Standard delivery ($6.99) takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Express delivery ($12.99) takes 4–6 business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Duties & tariffs are included on all orders.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return.
A $5 handling fee is deducted from returns. Return or exchange postage is paid by the buyer unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Custom or personalised pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
For EU orders, the 14-day cooling-off right applies, subject to the condition and proof-of-purchase requirements in our full returns policy. Please read the policy for full eligibility and refund details.

Jewelry Care
Pearls are naturally delicate and are best cared for gently.
After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with the Aware pearl jewelry cleaning cloth included with your order, then store it separately in its pouch or box.
Avoid water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, and remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or sleeping.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, silver dips or abrasive polishing cloths on pearls.
