Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Aware Pearl jewelry. Standard, non-custom pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with their original packaging where possible
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A $3 handling fee will be deducted from the refund for standard returns. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may also be responsible for any loss in value.
Custom and Personalized Pieces
Custom, personalized, or specially adjusted pieces are not returnable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
This includes pieces made to a requested length, design, pearl selection, or material specification.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every handmade piece before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact us by sending an email to info@awarepearl.com or leave a message in the website chat box before mailing your item back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.
Items returned without contacting us first may take longer to process.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
