Delivery
Standard delivery ($6.99) takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Express delivery ($12.99) takes 4–6 business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Duties & tariffs are included on all orders.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return.
A $5 handling fee is deducted from returns. Return or exchange postage is paid by the buyer unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.
Custom or personalised pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
For EU orders, the 14-day cooling-off right applies, subject to the condition and proof-of-purchase requirements in our full returns policy. Please read the policy for full eligibility and refund details.

Jewelry Care
Pearls are naturally delicate and are best cared for gently.
After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with the Aware pearl jewelry cleaning cloth included with your order, then store it separately in its pouch or box.
Avoid water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals, and remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or sleeping.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, silver dips or abrasive polishing cloths on pearls.

Nice real freshwater pearls. If I had to buy another one I would choose the longest length instead, because it looks shorter than expected when you wrap it around your neck.

The item is the same as the picture, it is really pretty.
This is a really lovely necklace that looks classy and "expensive". I will enjoy wearing it... It does beautifully wrapped and would be gift-ready.
If I had one tiny quibble it is that it's nowhere near as long as it appears in the photo.. the model must be relatively short. I am about 172 cm (just under 5ft 8 ins) and it ends on my solar plexus. However, in the seller's defence, she does give the length of the necklace in her description, so my bad for just going by the pic, which was silly of me :-)
All in all I would recommend it - its really pretty and unusual... just don't expect it to be as long as it looks in the pic unless you're shorter than I am.
